You may cancel your membership at anytime. However, we do not issue refunds after your trial period expires. Instead you will retain access to the site until your current membership period exprires.

Here are a couple of examples to illustrate the cancellation policy:

Brian has purchased a one month membership but wants to cancel after 2 weeks of use. If Brian cancels he will still have access to the site for the remaining two weeks of his membership but his subscription will be cancelled after the month is over and he will not be billed for any additional months.

Diane has purchased a 3 month membership but wants to cancel after 1 month of use. If Diane cancels she will still have access to the site for the remaining two months of her membership but her subscription will be expire after the 3 month period is over and she will not be billed for any additional months.

Carlos has purchased a 1 year membership but wants to cancel after 6 months of use. If Carlos cancels he will still have access to the site for the remaining 6 months of his membership but his subscription will be expire after the 1 year period is over and he will not be billed for any additional months.
