Ismael Otero is Director of the world-renowned Salsa dance company "Caribbean Soul", one of the most longstanding and creative Salsa performance groups. Ismael started dancing in 1994, and has danced, taught, and performed worldwide. He now dances and teaches with Shani Talmor, who used to perform with Johnny Vazquez in Los Angeles, Spain and Italy. Shani trained jazz and ballet for seven years before discovering her passion for Salsa.
They teach in New York, perform all over the world, train their dance teams and always work on multiple other Salsa related projects.
